Somerset, NJ - February 24, 2006 - Kanematsu USA's Digital Imaging Group (KG Digital) announces the addition of its newest printer to its line of professional digital photo printers and imaging products. The Shinko CHC-S2145 Digital Printer is the fastest 6 Inch dye sub printer at 7 seconds per 6"x4" Borderless Prints.
The Shinko CHC-S2145 combines high-speed, high quality and high capacity in a front-loading clamshell design. The unique design makes loading media and servicing easy while providing a straight paper path, which virtually eliminates jams.
At 7.4 second it is the world?s fastest and ideal for kiosk use producing borderless 4x6 prints or event photographers producing 5x7 & 6x9 prints. With a capacity of 700 prints per roll it is one of the highest capacity printers available.
The Shinko CHC-S2145 joins an impressive line of printers. The Shinko CHC-S1245 is the world's fastest 8" printer at 30 Seconds for an 8x10 print and CHC-S9045 as the most compact unit at less than 1 cubic foot and only 22 lbs.
The CHC-S2145 is estimated to start shipping this Summer 2006 through KG Digital's nationwide network of authorized distributors and system integrators.
